Walk along the paths of the Zoo’s African Continent before they open to the general public. Take advantage of this exclusive peaceful time with your guests.
To visit the Zoo means much more than an amazing encounter with exotic animals. Many of them are part of a species survival plan because of their endangered status in the wild.
The African Continent is without a doubt the most popular of the Zoo de Granby. With its elephants, zebras, giraffes, lions, gorillas and many more fascinating species, it is the most visited section of the Zoo! Therefore, we’re offering you and your guests the opportunity to avoid the crowds as you take your time, and enjoy a special contact with these rare species and explore Namibia, Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya, Congo, Cameroon, Madagascar and Botswana.
Also, by visiting in the early morning, you see that this is a period of the day when animals are very active in their habitats.
As you explore the different trails, you will also meet a few of our biologists and animal health technicians who will gladly answer all your questions.
