Every Saturday from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM, from December 26th to February 20th, alternating between a ''tête-à-tête'' with the rhinos and a ''tête-à-tête'' with the lions!

• A confirmation email containing a ZOOM link will be sent to you within 72 hours prior to the virtual meeting. Please note that registration closes at noon the day before, except for December 26th and January 2nd where registration closes on December 23rd and December 30th respectively.
• The reservation is for a single device (connection) per household: it is not allowed to share the connection link to a third party nor to multiply the distribution platforms. It is also not permitted to record the presentation.
• The customer must make sure to have the necessary equipment BEFORE the activity starts: ZOOM platform installed, loudspeakers and camera functional (for exchanges with the zoo's specialists). The zoo is not responsible for any technical problems encountered at home and will not offer any reimbursement in the event of such difficulties altering the experience or preventing participation in the activity.
