New name, same run!

We are delighted to announce that the RBC ZOOGRANBY5K RUN is back for its 8th edition and is changing its name to RBC Mission Faune Zoo de Granby Run!

A FUN CHALLENGE!

The Mission Faune Zoo de Granby Foundation warmly invites you to come and run in support of endangered species. Whether with friends, family, or colleagues, the race offers three circuits (1 km, 5 km, and 10 km) suitable for all types of athletes.

Since its first edition in 2017, the race has raised over $275,000, reinvested in concrete projects for biodiversity preservation. Join us for this wonderful activity and make a difference while enjoying a beautiful day at the Zoo!

REGISTRATIONS

Come run solo, in team, or with your family through the Zoo's trails, under the curious gaze of our residents. The event takes place rain or shine!

Early -Bird registration - Until May 19, 2025 

  • Adult (13 and older) $55 
  • Junior (3 to 12 years old) $35 
  • T-shirt included!

Regular registration - May 20 to September 18, 2025

  • Adult (13 and older) $65
  • Junior (3 to 12 years old) $35

Last-minute registration - September 19 and 20, 2025

  • Adult (13 and older) $75
  • Junior (3 to 12 years old) $40

No registration on the day of the run. No fees for children aged 2 and under. They must be in a stroller. 

Registration fees are not tax-deductible. Only donations are eligible for a charity receipt. 

BONUS!

Race registration includes:

  • A souvenir t-shirt (if registered before May 25th!)
  • A ticket to the Zoo on race day (worth over $40)
  • A warm-up session led by a professional
  • A medal (for ALL runners!)
  • Snacks and refreshments
  • An animated site, with games for children and music.

Additionally, all runners who raise over $100 in donations (excluding registration fees) will receive two admissions to the Zoo for the next winter season.

EVENT SCHEDULE

  • 7:00 am: Welcome to the first participants. Distribution of shirts and bibs.
  • 8:00 am: Entertainment and welcome words
  • 8:15 am: Warm-up before departure
  • 8:30 am to 10:10 am: starts!
  • 11:00 am: End of the event and Zoo opening
